Senior Product Designer

A successful start up is hiring an experienced Product Designer

Full Time | Tel Aviv | Hybrid

As a Product Designer, you will:

• Take ownership of a distinct domain and spearhead it from a product-design standpoint, demonstrating proactive leadership.
• Design, build, and maintain an adaptable design system organism for third-party sites
• Collaborate closely with R&D and PMs to ensure the design system's efficacy and its alignment with revenue generation from user intent.
• Utilize research, prototyping tools, mock-ups, animations, and more to present and rationalize design concepts and methodologies to stakeholders. Articulate and sell design decisions.
• Foster collaborative relationships with fellow designers, product managers, R&D teams, business units, content creators, and marketing specialists, while promoting knowledge exchange for optimal outcomes.
• Guarantee a seamless handoff to developers through meticulous organization and appropriately documented files.

Job requirements:

• Accumulated 3-5 years of hands-on experience in UX and UI design for mobile and desktop platforms, preferably within a high-tech context, with adeptness in established workflows.
• Familiarity with industries such as Affiliate Marketing, Digital Products, Comparison, SEO, Publishers, or SaaS is advantageous
• Prior exposure to designing within the framework of design systems and component libraries.
• Proficiency in employing Figma with a structured approach, encompassing the creation and management of design components, accompanied by expertise in organizing files with intuitive naming conventions for easy navigation. Involvement in the inception of a design system is a plus.
• Demonstrated competence in coordinating processes harmoniously with PMs and R&D, displaying confidence in effective communication within a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Adeptness in adhering to best practices in both UX/UI domains and in the seamless handoff of design work to developers.
• An autonomous learner, consistently seeking avenues for enhancing expertise, exploring best practices, and readily sharing insights with peers, embodying a commitment to continuous improvement.
• A team player, exuding a "can-do" attitude, prepared to exert effort, and resilient in the face of setbacks without losing momentum.
• Comfortable engaging with diverse perspectives, proficient independent work, and capable of steering design initiatives end to end.
