What is your mission?

Be a part of the Global Information Systems team and the Infrastructure team using the latest Salesforce technology.

Responsibilities & Scope of Role:

Working with the latest technology of Salesforce such as Platform events, Flow, Experience Cloud, B2B commerce for building new solutions and new processes that deliver grows for the business.

Using the tools and SF flows, you will build customer journeys to support both Cellebrite employees and the customers. You will be working together with the business in building and the system analysts to simplify both the customer and the Cellebrite employee.

Professional Experience and Skills:

• 2 years of Salesforce implementation experience in designing Salesforce-based solutions, including cross-cloud processes.
• Salesforce Admin
• Fluent in English (high-level communication abilities required).
• Service-oriented with high importance of working with a variety of customers worldwide.
• Fast learner, able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to create documentation of requirements, business\technical design, and test plans.
• Out-of-the-box thinking and demonstrated ability to come up with creative solutions.
• Detailed oriented with the ability to perform and maintain system configurations.
• Experience in leading information system projects – a BIG plus.
• B.Sc. degree specializing in an Information system or equivalent.
