ReX was created to bridge the gap in patient care by bringing the care team directly to patients, wherever they are. It provides personalized guidance for dispensing oral medications, reducing dosing errors and eliminating the need to handle toxic medications. ReX empowers patients to manage their oncology and specialty treatments at home, simulating nurse tasks and engaging patients in personalized clinical conversations. Care teams use the secure, cloud-based ReX Treatment Manager to manage treatments and receive real-time updates, allowing for dynamic adjustments. Our customer support, staffed by healthcare professionals, provides essential initial support, easing the burden on patients and care teams. 

Your role: 

We are seeking a talented and experienced Data-Driven MedTech Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in product design and data analysis to create user-centric medical technology solutions for patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design the web-based interface, hand-held device, and administrative tools, while supporting our marketing and sales efforts. Your responsibilities include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs to ensure they are user-friendly and meet our target audience's needs. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and design solutions that align with user needs and business goals. 
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts. 
• Utilize data analytics to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences. 
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications to effectively communicate design ideas. 
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance usability and accessibility. 
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and changing requirements. 
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to the overall design strategy of the company. 
• Design and develop print materials to support the marketing, sales and customer success teams. 

Experience & skills: 

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design (UX/UI, Procduct, Interaction Design, or a related field). 
• Proven experience in product design, preferably within the MedTech, healthcare or data industry. 
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles and data-driven decision-making. 
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and others. 
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
