Network Security Support Engineer

Location: Tel Aviv - Based

Responsibilities:

-Growing out the support function in Tel Aviv, Israel.

-Providing support experience - T2 level.

-Active participation in the process and build-out of the support function.

-Providing technical expertise in Firewalls (Cisco, Palo, Checkpoint, etc.), hosting experience.

-Triaging & Supporting networks

Technical Expertise:

-Network support experience - 2nd Line

-Expertise in Firewalls (Any ofCisco, Palo, Checkpoint, etc.), hosting experience.

-Active Directory experience for Windows, including policy objects.

Nice-to-have:

-Linux and R&S experience.

Certifications:

We value experience over certifications, but any relevant certifications will be a plus.
