System Engineer

Description

The System Engineering Group quarterbacks the LiDAR system's development and implementation, including:

• The leadership of multi-disciplinary system development
• System engineering and integration
• System validation, verification, qualification and certification
  
  

• Lead multi-disciplinary system-level feature development
• Integrate multi-disciplinary features with other teams such as hardware, firmware, SW, optics, mechanics, VLSI.
• Lead system-level testing and characterization
• Prototype development for feature evaluation
  
  

• BSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree
• Experience in optomechanical systems
• Experience with complex system development methods
• Experience with automation infrastructure development - Big advantage
• High level of problem-solving skills and debugging of high-complexity systems
• Team player and highly motivated
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment and measurements of physical systems (e.g., sensors)
