Technical Process Manager

We are looking for a Technical Process Manager to join Mobileye AV validation group, The place where we define the autonomous driving of the future. Our ideal candidate is project manager with strong technical and soft skills.

What will your job look like:

• Deliver results through the orchestration of the technical planning, execution, and enablement of key programs.
• Communicate and build rapport with different R&D and validation groups, reflect version status, monitor bugs and communicate to management level.
• Anticipate and build plans & strategy for new features validation plan base on strict time lines and criticality levels.
• Lead and contribute to the decision-making process and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Draw from your hands-on experience in the relevant technology requested.
• Use critical design thinking to focus on delivery and results.
• Define key program metrics and communicate outcomes, blockers, and program performance.
• Work with management and other leaders to continually identify and implement team process improvements.
  
  

• BSc in industrial management engineering or equivalent.
• Management experience – advantage.
• Order and organization at a high level, ability to define a process within dynamic work.
• Creative thinking, problem solving and quick learning
• Technical understanding, ability to go into details.
