Assistant Controller

About the role:

Forter is seeking a talented Assistant Controller to join our finance team. As such, you will be assisting in managing the financial reporting and compliance operations. You will report to the Corporate controller.

What you'll be doing:

• Assist in the monthly closing process
• Assist in preparing quarterly/ annual consolidated financial statements (US GAAP)
• Support the day-to-day finance operations of Forter subsidiaries and ongoing communication with finance teams abroad
• Preparation of materials for the quarterly and annual reports and working with the external auditors
• Provide analytical analysis as needed.
• Prepare statutory reports such as annual financial reports and tax reports for global subsidiaries.
• Special projects and assignments as needed
• Cooperate with team members and colleagues for organizational support while maintaining excellent work relations and level of service
  
  

Who are you?:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA)
• Internship at one of the Big4, specializing in Hi-Tech- advantage
• Knowledge of US GAAP and State laws.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English skills - written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks with limited supervision.
