Healthcare Project Operations Manager

Convergence is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team and drive growth and change across our company. Convergence is a rapidly expanding mid-sized company providing management and talent solutions to healthcare base clients across the United States.

As our Project Manager you will play a pivotal role that will drive the growth and future of Convergence’s prospective clients in the Healthcare industry. You will be coordinating various project activities, managing resources, and ensuring successful project delivery for our Healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and closing projects within specified deadlines.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing and maintaining all aspects of mid-sized healthcare projects with US-based clients, including overseeing all details related to new initiatives, coordinating all relevant team members, including operational staff, senior management, and team leads to ensure efficient and timely implementation of new projects
• Ensuring targets for milestones and deadlines are executed and completed on time
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Communicating updates with executives to keep the project aligned with their goals
• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
• Prepare regular reports on project status, including key performance indicators and financial metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Project Manager, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget- MUST
• Experience in the Healthcare field- Highly Preferred
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to be decisive with solid reasoning and delegate effectively
• Ability to work effectively (time management) in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in project management tools and software (Microsoft Projects /Gantt Charts)

Scope of Position:

This position is based in the field of Healthcare.

This position will begin as part-time (15-20 hrs. p/week) and develop into full-time as the project advances.

The position requires ability to have flexible scheduling, and work from the office for the initial stages of the project.

Convergence is based in Jerusalem, Israel.

Salary based on experience and skill.
