We are looking for an experienced Customer Acquisition Director who is passionate, strategic, and results driven to join our marketing leadership team, reporting directly to the VP Growth marketing. You’ll drive the acquisition initiatives, both organic and paid, for our PLG motion SaaS products. The results of your strategy and execution will drive revenue for both our self-serve and mid market segments.
The ideal candidate is a data driven individual who lives and breathes performance marketing, user behavior, funnels, creatives and is able to think big on what moves the needle.
What will you be doing?
As the Director of Customer Acquisition, you will manage all aspects of our growth through external channels (paid and non-paid), you will launch campaigns, ad-hoc, always on, brand and performance. You will be leading and implementing the right measurements, methodologies and processes. You will lead a team that focuses on acquisition and growing our customer base, you will research the competitive landscape and the best practices to drive growth and come up with hacks and growth opportunities that will get us 10X from where we are today.
You will:
- User Acquisition: Design and implement strategies to drive both paid and organic user acquisition
- Paid Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize paid marketing channels, including SEM, display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate partnerships
- SEO & Content: Lead SEO initiatives and content strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
- Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and derive actionable insights for optimization
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI across all channels
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and content teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
- Creative: work closely and partner with the creative team, monitoring their performance, from execution processes and timelines to CTRs and impact on campaigns
- A/B Testing: Regularly test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and campaigns to improve conversion rates
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on growth metrics, challenges, and upcoming strategies to senior management
- Brand Building: Collaborate with the PMM team to ensure consistency and effectiveness of brand messaging across all channels

Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in PLG B2B SaaS
- 3+ years of experience in leading an acquisition team with yearly budgets of over $10M
- Proven track record of developing, executing and scaling high impact, multi-channel go-to-market efforts
- Ability to work autonomously, focusing on key outcomes amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into successful marketing and sales enablement materials.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
