Claroty is looking for a Controller to join our Finance department.

The main goal is to take a leading role in the preparation of consolidated financial statements in compliance with US-GAAP to contribute in maintaining the accounting and financial processes of the company up to standard to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation of the Israeli Parent company financial reports (consolidated and solo), in accordance with US-GAAP and Israeli GAAP, and surrounding supporting documents.
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly and quarterly period end closure including assets and liabilities update to period end and P&L - such as cash and cash equivalents, inventories, fixed assets, AR/AP balances, accrued expenses, revenues reconciliation, bonus accruals, payroll accruals etc.
• Analysing variations and identifying trends through analytical reviews
• Implementation and documentation of internal controls, new processes and policies in compliance with SOX regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of the quarterly reviews and annual audits with the audit teams.
• Support many aspects of accounting and bookkeeping (review of journal entries, invoices, payments, monthly and quarterly closure, billing, tax return, financial reporting etc.).
• Assist in the preparation of all tax related matters of the Israeli company.
• Proactively identify and act at areas for process improvement and automation.
• Establishing partnerships with other departments and relevant finance team members to streamline processes.
• Preparation of accounting memoranda and assistance in professional issues
• Undertaking ad-hoc corporate financial tasks and processes.
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience as a high-tech auditor in one of the Big 4 firms is a must
• CPA license
• Experience with pre-IPO readiness process and IPO process - a big advantage)
• Accounting knowledge of US GAAP accounting
• Knowledge of accounting practices & financial processes (financial closure reporting, etc.)
• End-to-end ownership, deadline committed, motivated and result-driven.
• Accurate, with great attention to detail and an overall view.

• High expertise in Excel (advantage)
• Netsuite (advantage)
