You Are

A person who can create and hold great relationships with marketing executives in multiple industries. Be dynamic and prioritize tasks to achieve sales quota. And most importantly, be a great mentor to your team to grow them personally and professionally.

You will

• Mentor, train, and manage a team of CSMs, both professionally and personally.
• Lead by example and showing what customer-obsessed means: Be responsible for strengthening, maintaining, and growing customer relations through comprehensive leadership.
• Lead the team to meet and exceed monthly targets of retention and revenue.
• Lead customer’s journey hands-on, from signing onwards, including lead implementation process, training and onboarding sessions, QBRs and renewals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product and finance.
• Report to Humanz country manager in Israel
  
  

• 5-10 years of work experience in Account Management and sales in the Israeli market roles.
• A passion for marketing and influencer marketing.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to train, motivate and bring the best of your team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Sophisticated Excel and data visualization skills (No coding experience is needed).
• Work at your best in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in growth stage startups is a plus.
