Make a global impact

As part of the core team, you will build and own all data pipelines and ETL processes. From the moment we collect it, until it's served to both internal and external customers.

As Senior Data Engineer , you will be responsible for-

• Building AkamaiSaaS platform, based on cutting edge cloud-based Big Data technologies.
• Designing, developing and maintaining ourStreaming data pipelines using technologies like Flink and Kafka.
• Owning the development and maintenance of our Data Lake based on S3 and ClickHouse DB.
  
  

Do What You Love

To be successful in this role you will-

• Have 3+ years of experience with Big Data and stream-processing technologies such as- Spark, Flink, Kafka, Kinesis.
• Have 5+ years of experience in designing and developing scalable systems.
• Have in-depth experience working with databases
• Have experience developing Java or Scala software.
• Have experience working with Cloud infrastructure in AWS / GCP / Azure
• Have experience building and maintaining Data Lakes.
• Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and to improve results.
