Principal Technical Program Manager

What you’ll do:

• Define project scopes, plan, and direct schedules while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects.
• Monitor the project from initiation through delivery and organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.

· Collaborate closely with our partners in program and product management to understand our customers and build the right solutions and products that make their needs and businesses complete.

• Be a leader- self-starter technical leader with a shown ability to execute both strategically and tactically, and someone who is excited to take on new projects.
• Have strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
• Experience in cloud computing emerging technologies or related technical fields.
• Experience in software program management and/or engineering management.
• Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities.
• Self-driven, analytical, and results oriented with negotiation/influence skills and leadership skills.
• Technical understanding of enterprise level cloud technologies or a background that enables you to understand cloud infrastructure.
• Experience working cross-functionally with cloud computing engineering, sales and marketing teams or related technical fields.
• Israel citizenship and the ability to achieve and maintain an Israel “Top Secret” security clearance.
