ReasonLabs is looking for a Business Analyst who is strongly passionate about analytics and improving B2C products and business through data-driven insights.

What You'll Do:

• Analytics and Reporting: Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, while also creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to effectively communicate key findings.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve analytics processes to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads, project managers, and executives to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Communication: Effectively communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely.
• ETLs Developing: Create and maintain ETL processes and indicators.

What you'll need:

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis and interpretation (Marketing/ Business/ Product)
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Experience with BI / Data Visualization tools (Tableau or similar BI tool)
• Knowledge of statistical tools and models (Python, R, SAS, or similar) - Strong advantage
• Experience in creating ETL processes - An advantage
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Familiar with APIs and integration processes - An advantage
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and coordinate resources.
