Your Impact & Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative professional to join our dynamic team as a member of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for using their expertise to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions that will drive the company's success.

We are looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager with a background of Google advertising solutions.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience optimizing Google Ads campaigns and proficiency in GDN platform and its capabilities.

• Create, launch and manage large-scale online advertising campaigns, mostly focusing on Google channels
• Monitor and analyze advertising performance based on CTR, CPI, ROI, LTV and other KPIs on a daily basis
• Constantly optimize and enhance campaigns to maximize ROI
• Identify new opportunities, implement and test new user acquisition channels
• Collaborate with the team and the studio by providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

• 3+ years of prior experience with a deep understanding of PPC platforms such as Google Ads as well as other platforms
• Experience managing budgets of $100k/month – a must
• Experience with A/B testing and optimization
• Experience with Google GA4 and GTM
• Data-driven and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
