Technical Success Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Product Success Manager who is passionate about computer networking, working with customers, and driving success.

You will work directly with R&D managers in charge of leading security products, and act as their product technical expert.

You will be part of a leading security product of the leading vendor in the Cyber Security industry.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be required to master all product aspects - customer related, such as controlling production customer status, prospects, trends, lead campaigns and more.
• Act as focal point for all technical stakeholders, such as pre-sale POC and EA, post-sale support, sales, professional services and more.
• Facilitate continuous knowledge transfer with above mentioned parties, lead training and lead product demonstrations – internally and customer facing
• Generate periodic product reports, indicating overall customer facing matters
• Influence product roadmap and take active role with product characterization

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience - at least 3 years of experience as a Technical Support / Professional Service or similar technical roles
• Computer Networking savvy – Strong theory and hands-on
• Problem solver
• Natural “Can Do” approach
• Team player
• Passion for a constant self-challenge, learning and development
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written English
