Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Lod with the flexibility for some remote work. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting market research, attending trade shows, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating and closing sales deals. The role includes other departments within the company.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to stay current with industry and product knowledge
• Comfortable working with customer relationship management tools and software
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
• Experience working in the aviation industry is a plus
