Senior Interior Designer/Architect

We are hiring | Full time senior Interior Designer/Architect

RD&A studio is looking for a Senior Interior Designer/Architect to join our team.

Requirements:

+ Bachelor's / Master's degree in Interior Design / Architecture

+ 4-5+ years of experience 

+ Strong project management and organizational skills

+ Proven concept design skills are mandatory.

+ Hospitality / public spaces / office proven experience 

+ Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Rhino, Adobe, and other design software

+ Navigate construction documentation & building codes

+ Must be a team player, but can work autonomously as well

Job description:

+ Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create design solutions that meet their goals

+ Manage projects from concept to completion, overseeing construction and collaborating with contractors and vendors.

+ Present design concepts to clients, including floor plans, renderings, and material selections.

+ Develop detailed project budgets and timelines and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.

+ Conduct site visits and communicate with construction teams to ensure that designs are implemented correctly.

+ Collaborate with other designers and architects to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
