Procurement Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Operations Manager to optimize and oversee procurement processes across our operational units.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will play a critical role in enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and establishing a scalable procurement infrastructure. Your focus on data-driven insights will contribute to our mission of becoming a more autonomous organization.

In this role you’ll

• Develop and execute procurement strategies to optimize cost-efficiency and supplier performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, and strategically negotiate contracts
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, analyze spending patterns, and implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards
• Streamline procurement processes, implement best practices, and enhance overall operational efficiency
• Champion automation initiatives to drive efficiency and scalability, contributing to our goal of becoming an autonomous organization
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, Customer Experience, Analytics, Product, and others, to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
• Utilize data analytics to make data-driven decisions, monitor KPIs, and communicate procurement performance to senior management

What you’ll need

• 2+ years of experience in procurement or operations roles at a global company
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations Research, or related field
• Demonstrated success in achieving measurable results in procurement, cost reduction, and supplier management, showcasing your ability to deliver positive outcomes
• Proficiency in data analysis to enable data-driven decision-making and process improvements
• Top-notch communication skills, teamwork, and a sharp analytical eye
• Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
