As the head of our Systems Analysts team, you'll be at the forefront of digital transformation. From analyzing and characterizing diverse projects to collaborating with development teams and tech partners, your role is pivotal in shaping our digital landscape. You'll be responsible for managing business requirements, providing technological solutions, and overseeing the entire development life cycle in Maccabi systems.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative and professional leadership of the team.
• Defining standards for characterization documents.
• Building long-term work plans and resource allocation.
• Conducting Design Reviews on the team's products.
• Converting business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Providing technological solutions on various digital platforms.
• Collaborating with teams outside of Digital on relevant technical factors.
• Writing specifications for technical services and integration.
• Managing the development life cycle in Maccabi systems.
• Accompanying development and testing processes.

🎓 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering/industrial engineering and management.
• Practical experience with Rest API, SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Proven experience in managing projects with integration interfaces.
• Minimum 2 years of team management experience (at least 4 employees).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in managing and analyzing digital projects.
• Experience in defining UI/UX for user interfaces.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies.
