We're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Research Engineer to drive the development of advanced electrodes for our cutting-edge ammonia electrolysers. As a member of our team, you'll dive into an inspiring and impactful project within a highly innovative and stimulating environment.

Responsibilities:

·      Conduct comprehensive research and development to design, optimize, and characterize electrodes.

·      Apply expertise in chemical and materials engineering to innovate and test new materials for electrode fabrication.

·      Collaborate across teams to establish and implement testing protocols and performance standards for electrodes.

·      Analyze data, derive insights, and offer recommendations for continual enhancement of electrode performance.

·      Craft technical reports, publications, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.

·      Ensure the maintenance of laboratory equipment and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements:

·      M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

·      2+ years of industry experience, with a focus on electrode development being advantageous.

·      Profound technical proficiency in electrochemistry, material science, and characterizations.

·      Hands-on experience in electrode fabrication, testing, and analysis.

·      Strong problem-solving abilities, adept at both independent and collaborative work.

·      Excellent communication skills and a knack for technical writing.
