Bookkeeper

HOLISTO is seeking a passionate and seasoned Bookkeeper who will join our Finance team!

In this role, you will be responsible for managing company financial tasks, such as managing receivables and ensuring all company invoices are properly recorded, tracked, approved, and paid. You will work closely with company financial professionals, management, and outside vendors.

About The Role

• Full responsibility for Daily bank reconciliations.
• Accounts Payable cycle management: record invoices, prepare payments, and reconciliations.
• Accounts receivable process - issue invoices to customers.
• Preparation and submission of VAT and tax returns.
• Month-end close: Prepare the trial balance and other material for the company books' monthly/quarterly/yearly closing. Ongoing reconciliation includes closing entries and cutting off accounts.
• Bookkeeping of the Company's subsidiary in the US.
• Working in a multi-currency system.

Requirements

• Certified bookkeeper - Must
• Experience working with Priority - Must
• At least 5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper - Must
• Payroll Controller - Advantage
• Experience at a global high-tech company - Advantage
• Full responsibility for Daily bank reconciliations.
• Strong Excel skills
• English at the communication level (written‌ ‌and‌ ‌verbal)
