We are looking for an awesome DevOps Team Lead

As part of the leading Cyber Fraud Risk Management team, you will work on major projects that are strategic for our customers which will allow you to develop your professional skills and stop a cyber fraud crime BEFORE it happens!

How You Will Contribute

• Manage a team of Devops engineers.
• Deploy and maintain infrastructure automation and configuration management tools.
• Design, support, manage, improve, and upgrade a continuous deployment environment.
• Design, implement and improve monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Collaborates with other local and global teams to brainstorm about the best way to tackle a complex technological infrastructure, security, or development problem.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar
• At least four years of previous DevOps experience
• At least two years of managing/leading a team of technical software/infrastructure engineers – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Configuration Management and infrastructure as code platforms (Puppet / Ansible / Terraform) – mandatory
• Programming skills and knowledge of at least one language (Bash, Python, Java, or similar) – mandatory
• Experience working with Linux-based operating systems – mandatory.
• Proficient with Git and Git workflow – mandatory
• Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or GitLab) - advantage.
• Experience with Elasticsearch or OpenSearch Stack - advantage
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and other similar monitoring tools - advantage
• Background knowledge in Databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server...) - advantage
• Team-focused with strong collaboration and communication skills
• Excellent communication (written and oral), documentation and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
