Main areas of responsibilities:
- Profitability and cost structure
- Define Price policy and monitor the actual performance (with commercial director and regional commercial managers)
- Be Involved in determining and execution of the Customer Experience strategy.
- Define and implement marketing policy and product offering.
- Product development short and long term
- Long term planning of demand and supply
- Initiate and implement infrastructures to support product line- efficiency and profitability.
Job requirements –
Education and experience
- Commercial and sales experience
- Experience in a senior role with a global / international organization
- Relevant professional experience with operational and supply chain processes
- Academic degree (B.A. is a must; Graduate degree – an advantage).
Skills and capabilities (characteristics)
- Leadership skills, ability to collaborate with many different interfaces.
- English – high level.
- ERP, BI, Computer skills – high level
