Commercial Product line Manager

Main areas of responsibilities:

• Profitability and cost structure
• Define Price policy and monitor the actual performance (with commercial director and regional commercial managers)
• Be Involved in determining and execution of the Customer Experience strategy.
• Define and implement marketing policy and product offering.
• Product development short and long term
• Long term planning of demand and supply
• Initiate and implement infrastructures to support product line- efficiency and profitability.

Job requirements –

Education and experience

• Commercial and sales experience
• Experience in a senior role with a global / international organization
• Relevant professional experience with operational and supply chain processes
• Academic degree (B.A. is a must; Graduate degree – an advantage).

Skills and capabilities (characteristics)

• Leadership skills, ability to collaborate with many different interfaces.
• English – high level.
• ERP, BI, Computer skills – high level
