The Opportunity

The Electrical Validation and Characterization (EVC) team is responsible on high speed interfaces electrical validation.

The team deals with cutting edge Ethernet SerDes technology using state of the art equipment and methods.

The team develops and using sophisticated automation to control all lab equipment’s & processing and is involved in solving customers’ challenges.

Job Responsibilities

This responsibility includes involvement with high speed Serial & Parallel interfaces on Marvell Switching devices (Ethernet, PCIe, USB, DDR, eMMC, etc.):

• Understanding the required electrical aspects of relevant standard(s).
• Definition of silicon test hooks, SW requirements, board implementation requirements, etc.
• Electrical validation using most advanced testing electrical lab equipment.
• Automation environment code handling.
  
  

Knowledge of electrical high speed specifications and lab validation is essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields
• 6+ years of related professional experience. Previous experience in electrical validation of highspeed/RF fields on device level is mandatory.
• SW programing abilities – advantage (Python preferred).
• SerDes knowledge and deep understanding is an advantage.
• Signal Integrity (SI) knowledge is required.
• Ethernet standards familiarity – advantage.
