Junior / Student Customer Support

About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Junior / Student Customer Support to assist our customers and employees with technical problems when facing our products and services.

Your responsibilities will include resolving queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.

Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide independent and high-quality professional responses to our customers via our ticketing system and email
• Identifying needs and pains and helping customers use specific features
• Analyzing and reporting problems
• Update our internal knowledge base with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
• Gather feedback and share with the development and product team to deliver better quality products and services
• Part-time job - 2 days
  
  

• Service-oriented personality with a can-do attitude
• Fluent Hebrew and English – must be comfortable writing in English
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple responsibilities
• Collaborative and responsible personality
• Strong problem solving / troubleshooting skills
• Tech savvy, ability to manage and prioritize multiple investigations
  
  

• Experience with ticketing system, Slack or other ChatOps solutions
• Prior IT experience
• Data & Analytical knowledge is a plus (SQL - big plus)
