The Opportunity

Software Firmware Engineering

Job Responsibilities

• SW R&D manager to manage Marvell’s switching SW SDK activity.
• Leading the SW SDK execution end-to-end from definition to production, including manpower planning, design & coding, QA, and others.
• Interfacing with multiple peers across the switching org – Silicon design, architects, QA, customer support, and others.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience as SW manager/team leader.
• Proven ability to lead multi-discipline programs.
• Experience with SW embedded design & programming.
• Experience with switching – advantage.
• Experience working in the cross-geo environment is an advantage
