Product Manager

A startup company that develops an application integrated into the personal email account (an add-on that embeds into outgoing emails), transforming the personal signature into a dynamic message that can assist small to medium businesses in marketing their products. For example, adding the day's top recommended product for sale to the signature.

Currently, the company operates 40 applications in collaboration with major organizations in the market.

Based in Tel Aviv, the company offers the flexibility of working three days remotely from home.

Responsibilities:

• Drive product development aligned with company goals.
• Understand the competitive landscape and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maximize efficiency and clarity in a dynamic work environment.
• Utilize data and market analysis to shape product solutions.
• Lead innovative features and projects.
• Collaborate across teams to drive product vision and milestones.
• Define and track key metrics for product success.

Requirements:

• 3 Experience as Product Manager in a B2C startup or organization.
• Strong background in user experience design and creating delightful user journeys.
• Experience in improving conversion optimization rates.
• Experience in developing product plans based on user insights.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills
