Data Engineer

We are seeking a Data Engineer to promote and maintain our unique data processing platform. You will be joining a team responsible for the management of huge amounts of data at petabyte scale, creation and management of enterprise grade systems, and flows that process ~50TB of data every day and growing.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable data infrastructure.
• Design and implement ETL and TLE’s, understanding the business requirements and transform the meaning to and from the actual data in the stream.
• Be involved in technology selection processes and implementation of new parts of the architecture using these platforms.
• Have a curiosity of our data, how it is acquired, managed, versioned, made discoverable, its relations, and how it can be consumed.
  
  

• B.Sc / Software Engineering / Electrical engineering or relevant professional experience.
• +4 years of proven experience as a Data Engineer / DBA
• +2 years of experience at high level with applicative SQL queries
  
  

• Experience writing ETL and scripts with Python
• Familiarity with Airflow, Pandas library, NodeJs
• Experience monitoring Databases and servers
• Experience with Cloud infrastructure
