Product Design- Temporary position

We’re looking for a highly motivated, business-oriented, self-reliant Product Designer to join our team and our collective goal to empower businesses to succeed through data. As a Product Designer, you will make a direct impact on the company activity by delivering valuable user centered designs in the product domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with our PM and Dev teams and help drive the adoption, growth and success of our products.

Please note: this is a temporary 8 month position, replacement for maternity leave.

Responsibilities:

• You will be part of a great Product Design team and have full responsibility for the workflows of UX in projects and teams: research, ideation, wireframes, usability testing and reviewing developers work.
• You will be working as part of a squad that is aimed at solving customer problems and achieving goals.
• Provide UX solutions and visual design for the UI, including specs for Developers.
• Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into valuable and usable tools for our users while applying user centered design methodologies and research
• Take part in Agile Scrum meetings and Sprints
• Work closely with our Product Managers, Developers, Support, Customers, and Solution Managers to understand the business and clients.
  
  

Requirements:

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with a portfolio demonstrating your UX design capabilities in Complex systems designs and SaaS.
• At least 1 year of experience in UX research OR experience with research in the social study fields
• Proficiency with Figma
• Must: Background as a UI designer. You will be asked to contribute to the visual design of our product.
• Advantage: Proficiency with a rapid and High-Fidelity prototyping tools, with an ability to deliver clear and easy to understand concepts to the development and user testing teams
• Ability to be flexible in handling multiple tasks simultaneously and change in priorities when needed
• Must be a team player. We leave our ego at the door.
• Must speak and write fluent English as you will be working with development teams outside of Israel.
• Strong people skills. We emphasize collaboration and can-do attitudes.
• Software knowledge: We assume you can learn what is needed.
