Lead the QA automation team in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks, tools, and scripts for our software products.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high quality solutions with automations and manual QA.
- Develop an outstanding QA team while providing coaching, mentoring, and a clear QA roadmap.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation, with a focus on developing and maintaining test automation frameworks and tools.
- Proven leadership skills, excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
