Team Lead

The team will be responsible for expanding the operational data layer (ODS) used by the digital and CRM area and cross-disciplinary integration support in the technology division.

A team leader will be responsible for managing, monitoring and executing employee work plans, working with users and business units from across the organization.

Managing the development of derivation processes and data processing from the core systems. Leading the development methodologies and practices in the ETL tool

Responsibility for the availability and ongoing operation of the systems under the team's responsibility, including the implementation of process improvement and fault monitoring in existing systems

Management of work routines, tasks and team goals.

Job requirements:

Has at least two years of experience managing a BI/data team in a medium/large organization

Proven experience in developing informatics processes

Experience in management or working with systems analysts according to specifications

Proven experience in managing tasks and working according to a work plan

Experience in working with multiple interfaces and projects and the ability to prioritize between the main things to handle

Excellent human relations - Team Player, highly motivated

High analytical ability and understanding of business needs

Systemic vision and understanding of complex processes

Presentability - ability and experience in delivering presentations and conveying messages
