Marketing Automation Manager

Description

monday.com is currently seeking an experienced and skilled Marketing Automation Manager to join the newly formed monday CRM & monday Dev teams. In this role, you will be responsible for demonstrating the benefits of building workflows on top of monday.com to our users. You will work closely with the product team to create the ultimate user experience throughout their journey. You will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns for our successful products and driving growth through email and in-app communication channels. We are looking for a motivated, innovative and results-driven person, with a passion for marketing, user experience, and optimization.

About The Role

• Develop marketing plans and strategies aimed at increasing user lifecycle, revenue growth, engagement, and user value.
• Plan and execute engagement and conversion initiatives for segmented or mass-market populations.
• Analyze, monitor, and optimize all activities based on key marketing and business KPIs.
• Collaborate with multiple departments and focal points, such as product, design, content, and BI.
• Create and execute user lifecycles from conception to implementation. Test, monitor, analyze, and optimize as needed.
• Operating an admin system, analyzing & reporting, testing, project management, and HTML coding.
  
  

• Experience in Marketing automation, Lifecycle marketing, and email marketing, preferably from a SAAS company. Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze/ Hubspot / Silverpop or similar
• A data-driven, analytical person with the drive to achieve goals and solve problems.
• Detail-oriented, “out of the box” thinker with the ability to drive multi-faceted projects and people.
• A marketing strategist who can derive insights, recommendations, and action plans from qualitative market trends, user feedback, internal feedback, and large data sets.
• A great communicator and team player with a contagious “can-do” attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and be adaptable to changes.
• High level of English - written and spoken.
• Basic + knowledge of HTML and content management systems and Dashboard knowledge (e.g. Tableau)- A plus.
