About You
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated QA Team Lead to join our Information System Development Department. As the QA Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our diverse range of systems, which includes Salesforce, Netsuite, and complex business processes in areas such as Sales, Billing, Quote to Cash, Collection, Revenue, and various integrated systems.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage the QA team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the QA team members
- Personally engage in hands-on testing activities for approximately 40% of your time
- Conduct comprehensive testing of applications, including Salesforce, Netsuite, complex business processes, and integrated systems
- Drive the adaptation of new test practices, tools, and standards within the QA team
- Develop and implement effective strategies for automated testing to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes in collaboration with business teams
- Ensure clear communication and coordination between the QA team and business stakeholders during UAT phases
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the QA function
- Implement best practices for testing and quality assurance across the organization
2+ years as a QA team leader
5+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance roles
- Proven experience in a QA leadership role with hands-on testing responsibilities
- In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Netsuite, and other relevant business applications
- Experience with integrated systems and automation in a complex ecosystem
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
