Talent Acquisition Lead

YL Ventures, an Israeli-American venture capital firm investing in early-stage cybersecurity startups, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our Tel-Aviv office. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the fascinating world of cybersecurity startups and VCs and join one of the industry leaders in the field. 

As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for supporting our early-stage portfolio companies as an essential player in our HR value-add advantage. You will focus on providing guidance and support on all aspects of talent acquisition, including understanding the specific recruiting needs and goals of our portfolio companies and working together with them to hire top talents. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for the firm's portfolio companies on all matters related to recruiting 
• Collaborate with our portfolio companies' founders and HR teams to understand their specific recruiting needs and goals and develop targeted recruiting strategies
• Source and recruit top candidates for our portfolio companies’ open positions by utilizing a range of tactics including headhunting, job postings, social media, employee referrals, networking events, and diverse online channels 
• Build relationships with top talent and develop a network of potential candidates for open positions
• Provide guidance and support to the firm's portfolio companies on all aspects of talent acquisition, including creating job descriptions, providing compensation benchmarks and more

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience for technical roles (with recent in-house recruitment background), cybersecurity companies - advantage
• Experience with various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
• Strong execution capabilities, highly organized, hands-on and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Prior experience in full life cycle recruitment - advantage
