Responsible for managing the inventory and warehouse in Israel Shipyard (Haifa), including the materials team, coordinating receipt, storage, and delivery of materials. Responsible for inventory maintenance, generating material transfers and coordinating with Supply Chain Management for materials requirements planning.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Directs warehouse team operations, including company and contract personnel, ensuring safety in all aspects of operations.
• Oversees and directs activities of materials/equipment within assigned area including offloading and loading materials from delivery trucks; arranging equipment in storage areas to ensure safety of personnel and inventory; organizing the warehouse to ensure efficient flow of materials; and performing physical inventory counts of materials in warehouse.
• Plans and executes the transfer of materials, including completion of appropriate materials movement authorization forms.
• Supervises lifting and loading operations.
• Coordinates receipt and delivery of materials.
• Oversees and/or performs various types of facility maintenance including rotation of inventory and general housekeeping.
• periodically physical inventory counts.
• Conducts safety review to all warehouse personnel and 3rd parties, prior to commencing warehouse operations.
• Evaluates and recommends maintenance and/or repair of materials as required.
• Verifies and locates materials in the ERP and other data systems.
• Conduct and participate in various project meetings.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree, preferred, in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Logistics related experience (i.e., warehouse manager, hazardous storage experience, or warehouse specialist/coordinator), preferred.
• Preferably two years of related oil & gas field experience or in a similar industry type
  
  

• Ability to work significant hours over 40 hours each week as responsibilities require.
• Ability to work weekends as responsibilities require.
