Accountant

ClickWise is looking for an Accountant! Become part of our rapidly expanding Performance Marketing company.

The chosen candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. He or she will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.

Job Responsibilities

● Run company’s day-to-day financial operations including book-keeping.

● AP cycle management: record bills, prepare payments and reconciliations.

● AR cycle management: issue invoices, collection, and reconciliations.

● Bank reconciliations and monthly credit card reconciliations.

● Month-end closings: at the end of each month, complete the trial balance, generate various reports, and compile additional materials essential for closing the company's books.

● Support the payroll administration process in an accurate and timely manner.

● Maintain a high degree of service and confidentiality.

● Perform general finance duties and ad-hoc special projects.

● Support financial decision-making by senior management.

● Build and coordinate the global budget, track budget vs. actual compliance.

● Provide cash flow reports and projections on a daily base.

Job Requirements

● Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.

● Proficient in English at an advanced level, both in written and spoken communication.

● 4+ years of experience working as an accountant/book-keeper - an advantage.

● Knowledge with ERP systems, like NetSuite - an advantage.

● Team player with great interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and under pressure.

● Highly organized and reliable with attention to details.
