Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a mid-level full-stack developer to join our team as it grows. The ideal candidate is a divergent thinker who understands best practices and has experience with multiple coding languages. A team player with good technical skills, who can “take the wheel” when necessary.

What you’ll do

• Research, develop and design complex applications from scratch.
• Optimize front-end applications for desktop, mobile, and proprietary non-standard displays.
• Take part in the full lifecycle of a product, from concept to mockup, design and implementation.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
• Work alongside graphic designers, brainstorm features & make sure all parts of the application are developed to spec.
• Collaborate with external cross-functional teams to create applications design and architecture.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in full-stack web development, with an emphasis on front-end.
• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• At least 2 years of experience with either of the following frameworks: React, Angular, Vue, Blazor, or Flutter (more than one framework => advantage).
• Thorough understanding of network protocols (HTTP/TCP/UDP) and communication technologies.
• Experience with at least one state management solution: Mobx, Redux, RxJS (more than one => advantage).
• Good understanding of Git and branching strategies.
• Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs with either of the following frameworks: Node Express, NestJS, ASP.NET Core (more than one => advantage).
• Experience designing the architecture of front-end applications from scratch (advantage).

Nice-to-haves

• IDF Security Clearance.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
• Experience with map components, such as Cesium, Mapbox, Leaflet, etc...
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, MongoDB, Redis, and others (at least on a basic level).
