Job Description

Flash Product Engineering at Western Digital is looking for experienced Training and OD - People Partner, to lead and support wide variety of training and organizational development activities at Western Digital Israel.

The Training And OD People Partner Will

• Lead the OD and Learning domain in the Israel site
• Lead learning & development projects, according to business focuses and best practices
• Create, plan and execute an annual training plan
• Develop and implement trainings to support changing needs
• Plan, lead and execute organizational programs such as Leadership development, Performance management, managers forums and more
• Take an active role in managing and implementing local new hires onboarding program
• Support and enable trainings for career advancement and personal growth.
• Support and implement managers development programs.
• Support the annual performance management process in Israel
• Facilitate internal trainings for employees (orientation day, performance management trainings, soft skills trainings)
• Working closely to support the people business partners.
  
  

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with high interpersonal skills, independent dynamic person, with proven ability to achieve results. A team player, to work in a dynamic changing environment

• 5+ years relevant HR experience preferably in a High Tech global environment
• Master's degree in a relevant field (organizational consulting, business administration, social sciences)
• Experience in a large and global organization - a significant advantage
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creativity in development of unique, tailor-made programs, using multiple tools and methods.
• Profound knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.
• Experience working with LMS
• Excellent presentation skills.
• High proficiency in MS Office software (PPT, Word, Excel)
• Service oriented
• A quick learner, a go getter who always keeps an open mind and willingness to be challenged
• The job is full-time, at the company's offices in Kfar-Saba
