Our SaaS solutions are integral to our mission, and we're seeking a dynamic Product Manager to spearhead our product-led growth strategy in this domain.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the product-led growth initiatives for our SaaS solutions at Imperva. The ideal candidate will drive the strategic vision, execution, and optimization of our SaaS products to fuel customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through a user-centric, data-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product-led growth strategy for Imperva's SaaS solutions, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
- User-Centric Approach: Champion a user-first mindset, leveraging data insights and user feedback to enhance user experiences and drive product adoption.
- Conversion Optimization: Identify key opportunities to optimize user onboarding, activation, and conversion funnels to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align product initiatives and drive impactful outcomes.
- Experimentation & Iteration: Drive experimentation and iteration initiatives to test hypotheses, validate assumptions, and continuously improve product features and workflows.
- Metrics & Reporting: Define, extract, and monitor key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of product-led growth initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders. Must have proven record of extracting product usage information, dashboarding and setting OKRs.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of implementing successful product-led growth strategies that drove significant user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
