The main and central one is working closely with the business units and key customers (surgeons from the Different Franchises ) in coordinating clinical lectures, creating community collaborations and market education at the level of the clinics and the groups of professional doctors, as well as initiating patient events according to the need by combining associations and hospitals.
The second, more accurate and focused one is at the level of the health funds, districts, decision makers professional unions and opinion leaders in the market.
The main goal of the position is to raise awareness, educate the market and motivate patients while increasing the number of referrals to the various surgeries according to the appropriate indications with the aim of expanding the market , allowing patients the best and most advanced treatment as well as taking market shares from the competitors, while positioning the company as a leader in the designated focus areas.

- Areas of Responsibility:
- Building an annual market expansion plan for the business divisions in direct coordination with the Franchises Leaders and the market and sales managers.
- Understanding the opportunities and barriers in the market view, the health economy and the patient's path to indicate the path of accessing the best medical solution and building a holistic community medicine program.
- Acquaintance with the decision-makers required in the health funds and the various unions to initiate macro activities, remove barriers, make information accessible directly and in digital form and create mutual value for the patients and the physician community in Israel.
- Selecting surgeons for the various activities in front of the Franchises and building a dedicated annual community medicine program for each and every one according to their needs and suitability.
- Getting to know the professional decision makers in the community in depth and establishing a relationship with them to create valuable joint activities .
- Existing surgical centers and new ones through community activity while taking market shares.
- Participating on a regular basis, actively and proactively in the meetings of the sales team, while fully cooperating and coordinating with the market sales managers and the Franchises Leaders, as well as the social digital market manager.
- Regular and up-to-date reporting on the progress of the processes established for the management of the business divisions.
- Professional and in-depth acquaintance with all clinical parties in the required fields of action and professional support for doctors who will be selected in order to achieve the goals
- Responsibility for professional training , building presentations and training materials for each target audience
- Responsibility for obtaining articles and current material for the purpose of preparing clinical tools for customers .
- Responsibility for creating infrastructures for differentiation from competitors and providing additional value to managers .
- Holding regular meetings with the sales and marketing managers for the purpose of identifying the growth potential of the market and handling referral barriers.
- Coordination and assistance in establishing centers of excellence in Israel.
- Assistance in leading the Franchise's marketing activities in the field to achieve the goals set in the business plan as part of a complete holistic plan to make the solutions accessible to patients
- Initiating and obtaining the required information in order to determine the tactics and methods of operation.
- Participation and promotion of meetings with key customers (Accounts & Customer)that is according to The franchise's and organization's priorities.
- Initiating and accompanying clients to professional trainings in Israel and abroad if required .
- Required education and experience
- Academic education - mandatory , degree in life sciences - an advantage
- Previous experience of 3-5 years as a Sales representative (Medtech or Pharma industries)
- Previous experience of 2-3 years in the field of product / market management
- Acquaintance and initiation of macro-level activities and collaborations with the various funds and Professional unions
- English at a high level
- Previous experience in experience in orthopedics, surgery and arrhythmias - an advantage
