• Understand the product lifecycle from research to production to launch
• Conduct user research interviews for features and products you will be working on
• Partner with Product Managers to ideate and design the best user experience
• Own the full design process from research to creating wireframes, design features, and working with developers on the implementation
• Use user analysis tools to understand how a feature is being used and how it can be improved from a design perspective
  
  

• 3+ years experience as a Product Designer working on B2B products
• Experience in working closely with engineering and Product Managers on complex enterprise applications (e.g., data visualization, highly interactive apps, etc.)
• A team player who is willing to help teammates, share knowledge, and learn from them
• High proficiency in Figma including building interactive prototypes and reusable components
• Strong aesthetic skills and the ability to combine layouts, hierarchy, typography, and colors
• Worked on products with a large data visualization component - Nice to have
• Some technical skills such as Front-end coding experience, data analysis, or engineering background - Nice to have
