Customer Support Specialist

The Position Responsibilities Include

• Maintain and support customers that are using operating programmable controllers
• Remote and hands-on support
• Working with R&D and engineering department on product troubleshooting and improvements
• Solving technical problem across multiple technologies
  
  

• Education and experience in computers, networks, IT and electronics
• Experience with customer support
• Experience with web applications
• Experience with Zendesk is an advantage
• Poultry farm management knowledge – advantage
• Linux knowledge is an advantage
  
  

• Team player
• Fluent English is a must. Other languages are an advantage
• Ability to work on multi-disciplinary equipment within a complex environment
• High Troubleshooting capabilities to diagnose complex technical problems
• Ability to independently complete solution implementations
• Excellent customer-facing skills
• Working on weekend – if required
