About The Position

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Payroll Specialist a to join our finance team and focus managing Payroll and any related transactions and reporting which requires application of strong technical and organizational skills, reliability, and deep knowledge of Israel payroll.

What will you be doing?

• Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll for 130+ employees in Israel. Comply with the company's financial closing schedule.
• Prepare and reconcile internal payroll reports for analytical review.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant authorities and regulation including NI, taxes and other.
• Serve as a focal point for company’s employees for payroll-related questions.
• Work closely with the finance team, HR and legal.
• Taking care of communication with pension insurance agents.
• Manage attendance system and reports, including new employees’ setup.
• Assist with preparing global entities’ monthly payroll process (US, UK, and ROW payroll Via
• payroll agencies). Including day-to-day contact with the different agencies.
• Handling payroll onboarding/offboarding- updating employees payroll data and forms.
• Handling employees’ forms (101, 161, pension, Miluim, Hishtalmut, maternity leave etc.)
• Employees’ reimbursement (via expensify and TAS).
• Stay informed of relevant local regulatory and policies changes, communicating key changes across teams.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.
  
  

• Certified payroll accountant - Must
• 5+ years’ experience as a payroll controller, in High-Tech Company.
• Proven experience in outsourced international payrolls.
• Deep knowledge of “Michpal” - Must.
• Experience as a bookkeeper - an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Deep knowledge of local regulations and policies related to payroll, internal control and processes, and best practices.
• Proactive and quick learner, great interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team.
• Extremely organized, detail oriented and self-sufficient.
• Service oriented with a positive can-do approach.
• Versatile and flexible, with ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.
• Excellent English communication skills spoken and written.
