We are looking for an Research Economist to join a team at a leading financial organization. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Collecting and analyzing economic data from both within and outside the bank.
Developing econometric models to analyze trends, generate forecasts, and write reports.
Writing economic reports, both in the macroeconomic and industry sectors.
Presenting findings to internal and external forums.

Requirements:

A bachelor's and master's degree in economics.
A strong background in econometrics, with at least 3 years of experience applying econometric techniques outside of academy
3 years of experience in macroeconomic and industry analysis of foreign markets.
Excellent English skills, both written and verbal, for writing professional documents and giving presentations.
Good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience working with statistical software.
Knowledge and proficiency in Eviews is an advantage.
Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas) and SQL is an advantage.
A good understanding of foreign markets and the global macroeconomic landscape is a significant advantage.
