Customer Operations Manager

Tower Semiconductor is a global specialty foundry leader! We specialize in manufacturing analog integrated circuits for more than 300 customers worldwide in growing markets such as automotive, medical, industrial, consumer and aerospace and defense, among others.

Job Description

• The Customer Operations Manager acts as the main point of contact for the customer within the company for all Operations and Logistics related issues and queries.
• Manage and process order transactions from order receipt to invoice, shipments, customer returns and credits.
• Daily communication with different departments involved in the production process to ensure full support in the customer’s needs and deadlines.
• Using many information systems on a daily basis such as: SAP ERP, Business Objects, Excels, Instructions system and other internal systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and increase customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• To ensure that legal contracts and quotations are carried out according to the specific requirements in the agreements

The position does not include sales and marketing elements, but rather managing the customer’s production process at Tower Semiconductor.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree - Must
• BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management - Advantage
• SAP knowledge - Advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English and Hebrew)
• Ability to effectively prioritize, multitask, and perform well in a big & dynamic organization
• Proven capability of Interactions with many departments and interfaces
• Customer Service oriented
