As Aidoc evolves, our finance team is facing the growing need to improve efficiency within the team and provide best-in-class reporting in short time frames for data-driven decisions. Aidoc’s finance team is seeking a highly independent, organized, and detail-oriented Corporate controller to join our team.

As a Corporate Controller, you will play a critical role in managing our company's financial health and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process of the Company.
• Manage the preparation of the US GAAP consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure expenses are recognized in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and verify proper implementation of new accounting standards across the subsidiaries.
• Work with the Company's external auditors.
• Manage and monitor the Company's cash flow, burn rate, deposit plan and hedging strategies.
• Collaborate with tax professionals to minimize tax liabilities and ensure all operating expenses are in compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Lead intercompany and transfer pricing process and reconciliation.
• Manage any tax filing and audits.
• Serve as a focal point for payroll operations.
• Provide technical accounting guidance for the group on various accounting issues.
• Perform and implement different controls to ensure proper posting in the books.
• Verify proper implementation of the company's processes and policies (P2P, Order to cash, etc.).
• Streamline workflows, automate data entry, and implement software solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects such as system implementations and M&A activities.
  
  

• Experience at one of the big 4 accounting firms, in the high-tech department.
• At least 3+ years of experience as a controller, including managing employees (Global high-tech company – an advantage).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a leading institute.
• High technical accounting skills- US-GAAP.
• High standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent English – written and verbal.
• NetSuite ERP Experience- Advantage.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
