We seek a talented, motivated, experienced Senior Product Manager to join our product team.

You will play a pivotal role in driving the product process, shaping the user experience, and ensuring the successful delivery of our innovative solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create products that exceed customer expectations and have a tangible impact on the global shadow economy.

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Ownership of IVIX’s internal product, managing it through the entire lifecycle, from ideation and design to successful launch and ongoing support.
• Conduct product management and participate in meetings with users of IVIX's external user interface throughout the entire product lifecycle. Ensure clear feature definitions and timely, high-quality deliveries.
• Technical Oversight: Manage the technical aspects of product development, ensuring alignment with internal goals, standards, and procedures.
• Performance Monitoring and KPI Definition: Continuously monitor the performance of our products, analyzing key metrics to make informed decisions. 
• Product Integration: Design effective product integrations and APIs, collaborating closely with the engineering team to ensure seamless implementation.
• Collaboration with Engineering & QA Teams: Work closely with development and quality assurance teams to facilitate smooth development processes and product delivery.
• Product Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, detailed specifications for internal teams, and user-friendly guides for customers.
• Market Research and Analysis: Identify customer needs, pain points, emerging verticals, and market trends. Translate these insights into actionable product requirements to guide development.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment, preferably working on B2G/B2B software products, with a track record of successfully managing product development and delivery. 
• Highly technical product definition experience (APIs, Integrations, data exchange, dev tools)
• Proficient in using Jira and Productboard (or similar apps.) for backlog management, sprint planning, and issue tracking, ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Comprehensive understanding of agile methodologies and the ability to effectively implement them in cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into user-centered design solutions that drive exceptional user experiences.
• Proactive mindset, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Advantage: Experience with Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and AI/ML technologies for financial services
• Advantage: 2+ years experience in a technical role (software engineering/data science/analytics)
• Advantage: Cross-functional leadership experience in a technical software environment
