Influencer Manager

Job Description

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with Wix's goals and marketing objectives
• Identify and onboard influencers whose values and audience resonate with Wix's brand image and target market
• Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, acting as the main point of contact and providing ongoing support
• Collaborate with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that highlights Wix's products and services
• Monitor influencer campaign performance and analyze data to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and effectiveness. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize influencer strategies for maximum impact and success
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging influencer marketing techniques to maintain a competitive edge
• Work closely with the marketing team to integrate influencer initiatives into broader marketing campaigns
• Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for influencer collaborations to ensure cost-effectiveness
  
  

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
• At least 2 years experience in influencer marketing or a related digital marketing role with a focus on partnerships
• Vast knowledge of social media platforms, influencer trends, and industry best practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster authentic relationships
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Creative thinker, able to ideate unique and impactful influencer campaigns.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns
