Job Description

• Lead and mentor a team of manual QA Engineers
• Oversee the QA process to meet quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for comprehensive release planning on time
• Supervise deployment processes and collaborate with operations teams
• Ensure the creation and maintenance of comprehensive release documentation
• Conduct post-release reviews and gather feedback for process improvement
• Implement changes to enhance the efficiency of the release process

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a QA engineer
• 1+ years of experience as a team leader
• Proven experience as a Release Manager
• Experience using Python
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle and release management process in scrum
• Experience with version control systems, configuration management, and deployment tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
