Job Description

Lead and mentor a team of manual QA Engineers
Oversee the QA process to meet quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for comprehensive release planning on time
Supervise deployment processes and collaborate with operations teams
Ensure the creation and maintenance of comprehensive release documentation
Conduct post-release reviews and gather feedback for process improvement
Implement changes to enhance the efficiency of the release process

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a QA engineer
1+ years of experience as a team leader
Proven experience as a Release Manager
Experience using Python
Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle and release management process in scrum
Experience with version control systems, configuration management, and deployment tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
